Adam Fonfe Cardio Tennis in McLaren Vale

There’s a lot to love about Cardio Tennis.

“Having never played tennis, but liking the idea of it, a friend suggested I come out and try Cardio Tennis. Unsure of what to expect, I was surprised at how much fun it was! With a great mixture of abilities, it helps not only to improve your own skills in a no-pressure way but also gets your heart rate going and encourages some fun, friendly rivalry, taking your mind off the cardio part.”

- Luke, Cardio Tennis

“I’m 64 years old and Adam finds a way for me to fit in with the younger players and still really enjoy my tennis.”

- Pauline, Cardio Tennis

“As someone who hates any form of ‘exercise’ Cardio Tennis is my perfect match! Finally convinced to give it a try, I loved it from the very first session. Adam was very welcoming, and the fact I’d never even picked up a tennis racquet before didn’t matter at all. Plus, I’ve found mixing with others of varied skill levels has actually improved my own ability.
Fresh air, great tunes and a great group of people - it’s a way to sneak some extra fitness into your weekly routine, under the guise of having fun.”
